Administrative Assistant
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Answer phones
* Maintain calendars
* Collate and distribute mail
* Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence
* Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
* Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
* Reconcile accounts
Skills & Qualifications:
* Must have 3 years payroll experience with ADP
* Must have 3 years QuickBooks experience
* Must have at least 3 year of Administrative Assistant experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Knowledge of restaurant management business preferred

Bookkeeper
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
* Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
* Record daily sales to the general ledger
* Review cash deposits
* Reconcile accounts payable with vendors statements
* Ensure vendors payments in a timely manner.
* Bring the books to the trial balance stage
* Perform partial checks of the posting process
* Complete tax forms
* Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements
* Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven bookkeeping experience
* Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
* Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
* Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
* Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
* Proficiency in English and in MS Office
* Customer service orientation and negotiation skills

Social Media/Marketing Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Using social media and marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
* Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
* Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and providing recommendations for improvement
* Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities

General Manager
Job Requirements:
* Have knowledge of the food and beverage industry. Generally requiring minimally one year of managing FOH and BOH operations.

* Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations
* Monitoring inventory, costs, labor controls, and purchasing supplies and food from approved vendors
* Assisting and directing kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating and delivery
* Identifying and introducing new culinary techniques
* Preparing meals and completing prep support as needed
* Creating the scheduling for Back of House (BOH) staff
* Consistently be a mentor for all kitchen staff, train, and coach
Executive Chef Skills & Qualifications:
* Expert knowledge of the restaurant or organization’s cuisine
* Advanced culinary skills including food preparation, flavor pairings and other cooking best practices
* Ability to develop unique recipes
* Current knowledge of trends in the restaurant industry
* Understanding of unique and complimentary flavor pairings
* In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local food handling regulations
* Comfortable training, coaching, directing and supervising kitchen staff

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Assist the Chef with maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations.
* Skilled on Sauté, Broil, Garde Manager and Roundsman Experience
* Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs.
* Preparing meals and completing prep support as needed
* Assist with creating the schedule, costing, inventory, and labor controls.
